Five Weeks

Five weeks - The calm before the storm that wasn't all that calm.

Here are some photos:

The kids on the blanket series - very artistic.

Have you met my daughter Cate?

Another photo that Cate might not appreciate, had she the experience.

Four Weeks

One of my personal favorite pictures - Tony gettin' crunk.

Tony striking a pose.

Sleepies.

Here's the kids sleepin' in the car seats. They really like sleeping in these for some reason - sometimes they'd go eight hours in the seats when they were only sleeping two or three in their Boppy pillows.

Here's Dad with the kiddos. They're almost too big to hold two-at-a-time now.

Caption: 'Waiter, there's a fly in my soup'

Annie is exhausted, too. She's chillin' on the kids' Boppy pillow.

Three Weeks

Three weeks - I think this is when they stopped sleeping. They seemed to be up all of the time - tons of fun.

Here are the kids hangin' in the Pack-n-Play.

Here's an early encounter of Annabelle with the kids. Here she's having a meeting of the minds with Tony.

Two Weeks

I'm posting all of these pictures now, when the kids are 15 weeks old, so it is hard to remember what life was really like at all the different stages. At 2 weeks, when these pictures were taken, I was home from work and the kids were still sleeping quite a bit. I believe feedings were every couple of hours or so, so it was hectic, but not as bad as 6-8 weeks, which was the peak of fussiness and assorted drama.

So here are some 2 week-old baby pics:

This is Cate in a pose that she probably wouldn't be happy about if she knew about such things. Sleepy, obviously.

Here's the two munchkins, sleepies.

Newborn Pics

For those who haven't heard the story yet, Tony Jr. was born first at about 8:15 AM with Cate following closely a few minutes later. The date was 6/9/09. Everything went smoothly, and mom was recovering with the kids by 9AM.

Here are some pics of the newborns on Day 1 or 2:
